1. Service Description

Trex IPTV Canada provides access to IPTV streaming services. We act as a reseller and do not own or produce any television content. All subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Acceptable Use

Subscriptions are for personal household use only. Redistribution, reselling or sharing credentials outside your household is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact us via WhatsApp for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days or if the account has been suspended for policy violations.

4. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for interruptions caused by your internet service provider or device issues.

These terms are governed by applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws.
