These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you", "user", "customer") and Trex IPTV ("we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of the Trex IPTV service available at iptvtrex.ca, including the website, subscriptions, reseller program, and customer support. By purchasing a subscription, creating an account, or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing iptvtrex.ca or purchasing a Trex IPTV subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. These three documents together form the complete agreement between you and Trex IPTV. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to purchase a Trex IPTV subscription or open a reseller account. By using the service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of our service is prohibited.
- You are not on any government list of restricted or sanctioned individuals.
If we learn that a minor has registered or purchased a subscription, we will terminate the account immediately.
3. The Service We Provide
Trex IPTV is a digital subscription service that provides access to live television channels and on-demand video content via internet streaming. The specific features available depend on the plan you purchase and may include:
- Access to a library of live television channels;
- Access to on-demand movies and series;
- Streaming in HD, Full HD and 4K Ultra HD where available;
- Compatibility with multiple device types and IPTV applications;
- Customer support via WhatsApp, email, and online channels;
- For resellers: access to a reseller dashboard and credit-based subscription management.
Channel lineups, content libraries, and feature sets may change over time without prior notice as content licenses, server infrastructure, and technology evolve.
4. Your Account & Credentials
4.1 Credentials
After your purchase is confirmed, we will send you login credentials (typically a server URL, username, and password) by email or WhatsApp. These credentials are personal to you and are intended for use on your own devices.
4.2 Confidentiality
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You agree not to share them publicly, post them online, or distribute them to any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4.3 Unauthorized use
If you suspect that your credentials have been stolen or are being used without your permission, contact us immediately at support@iptvtrex.ca so we can secure your account.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
5.1 Plans & pricing
Trex IPTV offers a range of subscription plans (e.g. 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months) and a reseller program with credit packages. Current pricing is shown on our website and may be updated from time to time. Your active subscription is governed by the price you paid at the time of purchase.
5.2 Payment methods
We accept payments via credit and debit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum), bank transfer, and other options listed at checkout. All payments are processed by trusted third-party providers — we do not store your full card or banking details.
5.3 Activation
Once your payment is confirmed, your subscription is typically activated within 5–10 minutes and credentials are delivered to you. You agree that the service is delivered electronically immediately upon activation.
5.4 No auto-renewal
Trex IPTV subscriptions do not renew automatically. When your paid period ends, the service stops until you choose to renew. We do not store recurring payment details or charge you again without your explicit action.
5.5 Taxes
Prices listed are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or government fees in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any such taxes that apply to your purchase.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation rules are set out in detail in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In summary:
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on verifiable technical issues we cannot resolve.
- Refunds are not available for change of mind, internet-connection issues on your end, incompatible devices, or specific content unavailability.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation simply means we will not renew the service when the paid period ends.
- Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support violates these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Trex IPTV only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes within your household. Your subscription is intended for the use of one user at a time on one device, unless your specific plan grants additional simultaneous connections.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations when using the service.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Share, sell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, or otherwise resell your subscription credentials outside our official reseller program;
- Use the service for public broadcasting, commercial display, or any business purpose;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or stream URLs of the service;
- Use any automated tool, bot, or script to access the service;
- Attempt to circumvent connection limits, DRM, geo-restrictions, or security mechanisms;
- Use the service to upload, broadcast, or distribute illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content;
- Interfere with the service or servers, including launching denial-of-service attacks, transmitting malware, or attempting unauthorized access;
- Use the service in any way that violates the rights of any third party;
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or location to access the service.
9. Intellectual Property & Content
9.1 Our IP
The Trex IPTV brand, logos, website design, dashboard interface, and all original written content, graphics, and software are the property of Trex IPTV and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal viewing only — no other rights are granted to you.
9.2 Third-party content
Television channels, films, and series streamed through the service are the property of their respective rights holders. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. You agree not to record, copy, distribute, or rebroadcast any content streamed through the service.
9.3 DMCA & copyright concerns
If you believe that any content available through Trex IPTV infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@iptvtrex.ca with details of the alleged infringement and we will investigate promptly.
10. Third-Party Apps & Services
To use Trex IPTV, you will typically install a third-party IPTV player application (such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Smart IPTV, GSE Smart IPTV, or VLC). These applications are developed and operated by third parties and are not controlled by us. Your use of these apps is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for issues, bugs, or data practices of third-party apps.
Similarly, payment processors, hosting providers, and other third-party services we rely on operate under their own terms.
11. Service Availability & Changes
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and upgrades;
- Network outages or issues with upstream providers;
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.);
- Issues with your own internet connection or device.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove channels, features, content, plans, and pricing at any time without prior notice. Where reasonable, we will notify active subscribers of significant changes by email.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
- You breach these Terms or any of our other policies;
- We detect fraudulent activity, payment chargebacks, or unauthorized account sharing;
- You engage in any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 8;
- We are required to do so by law or by a valid order from a competent authority;
- You request termination of your account.
Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
13. Disclaimers & Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
- Warranties that the service will meet your specific requirements;
- Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content;
- Warranties regarding the availability of any specific channel, movie, or series.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trex IPTV and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or relating to:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the service;
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
- Statements or conduct of any third party using the service;
- Any content obtained through the service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trex IPTV, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the service;
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual-property rights;
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
16. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the service, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, technology, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always show the most recent revision. Significant changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email where reasonable. Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law & Disputes
18.1 Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
18.2 Informal resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@iptvtrex.ca and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
18.3 Jurisdiction
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
19. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trex IPTV regarding your use of the service and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or representations, written or oral.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
